"I was taking a quick trip to the store without my phone because it wasn’t charged I made it almost to the store when the truck just shut off I coasted into a parking lot and it wouldn’t start again there I was not knowing what to do no way to call for help and couldn’t remember any phone numbers so I started walking to the State Farm office near by it was closed but Jen was there and she took such good care of me she called for the tow truck and got me a ride home she was so nice and helpful I appreciate how caring and considerate she was I’m very thankful and I must say it was the best customer service ever!"
